Design
With our designs, your home or office will become the cool or warm haven you want it to be. We will make sure the system we install meets your needs and provides you with a clear path for a complete and straightforward installation.
Designing the system requires knowing where you will put the indoor or outdoor installation and where the main control panel will be. The right equipment can be new or using existing duct systems, new electrical components, and vents.
You will sit down with our experts so we can help you know what type of system you need and how it installs in your home or office.
Residential
Air conditioning and heating for home comes in three different systems. The type of system that will keep you from sweltering through the summers or freezing in the winters is the one that will fit the size of your home and meet your needs. The three systems are:
1. Split System
The split system air conditioning system is an ideal system for heating and cooling a single room or small portion of your home. The split system air conditioning system is a very economical way to ensure parts of your home remain the perfect temperature without drawing too much on your budget.
2. Multi Split-System
The multi-system air conditioning system is one you install in a larger home so you can cool up to five rooms. They are also good for homes where there is a limited duct space to install the system, and you require multiple rooms to be temperature controlled at any one time. This system is ideal for large families.A multi-split air conditioning system lets your family set the temperature of the rooms they use most frequently. The AC control can help keep that at-home office at just the right temperature to work or your bedroom at the right temperature to sleep.
3. Ducted System
Ducted air conditioning systems heat and cool your entire home. The ducts are flexible to help distribute the cool air throughout your whole house. You can adjust the Ducted AC system to suit your home with multiple outlet vents throughout your home. The duct system is extremely quiet and lets you keep your entire home at just the right temperature.
Commercial
Cooling the air of a commercial establishment is similar to installing air conditioning systems in your home. They have the same technology, and the wall or ceiling mounts are very similar in appearance and application. Commercial air conditioning systems have three different options for cooling buildings.
1. Single Split System
The single split system produces fewer kilowatts of power for greater energy efficiency in small spaces. The single split system is for single spaces or small home offices.
2. Multi-Split System
The multi-spit system for commercial establishments works the same way as the single split system. They connect multiple indoor units and outdoor units for larger establishments. You install them in places with larger open spaces or multiple rooms to cool, such as a commercial building with multiple offices, doctor’s offices, and restaurants.
The multi-Split system is a good system to install in places where there is limited space or to prevent altering the building’s appearance. Various types of wall and ceiling mounted units work with this system, which allows it to be customised to suite your space. Installing the multi-split system is more expensive and can take a lot longer than other systems.
3. VRF System
The VRF system (Variable Refrigerant Flow) is a heavy-duty system best installed in large spaces such as hotels, large office buildings, or retail spaces. They are the most efficient way to cool vast areas and control the building’s heating and cooling temperatures completely. Unlike multi-split systems, VRF systems continually adjust the flow of refrigerant to each indoor evaporator.
4. Ducted System
Ducted air conditioning systems heat and cool your entire commercial space. The ducts are flexible to help distribute the air throughout your whole commercial space. You can adjust the Ducted AC system to suit your office layout with multiple outlet vents throughout your space. The duct system is extremely quiet and lets you keep your entire space at just the right temperature.
Maintenance & Service
Preventative maintenance is something your AC system will need for long-term operation and use. You will need the following maintenance for your system regularly to keep it running at its peak performance:
- Inspecting operating components for wear and blockages
- Replacing air filters and belts
- Lubricating any moving components
- Checking for signs of rust or corrosion.
- Cleaning dust out of the air ducts.
- Checking pressures
- Checking all electrical components(voltages and amps)
- Drainage
- Airflow/Temperatures
Without proper inspection and regular maintenance, your systems are more likely to fail when you need them the most. Proper installation and maintenance of your system will keep it operating effectively and efficiently. You will also find it more reliable and get long-term value from your system.
